Rampart Casino showcases The Carmel Room, an upscale, fine dining restaurant conveniently located in the heart of the casino. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant highlights sparkling chandeliers amid soft, soothing colors. The Carmel Room features Continental cuisine with Mediterranean influences and European flair, and offers a superb selection of fine wines from Napa Valley and Europe.

- Selections include a variety of specialty salads and feature eclectic appetizers such as Traditional Escargot and Roasted Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes.
- Prime meats available include Porterhouse steak and Filet Mignon.
- The menu features a variety of Poultry and Seafood dishes. Items prepared table side, such as Cherries Jubilee, Bananas Foster and Steak AuPoirve.
- Desserts range from Crème Brûlée, Warm Chocolate Cake and Grand Marnier Souffle to Tiramisu.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
- The Carmel Room is open seven nights a week for dinner starting at 5pm Sunday through Thursday and 5pm to 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday.
