Located within Rampart Casino At The Resort At Summerlin, Rampart Buffet offers popular dishes from around the world. Open for lunch and dinner, the menu features Asian, Italian, Mediterranean and American Cuisine Stations, with selections changing on a daily and weekly basis. Dishes include scrumptious pizza from a wood-burning oven, rotisserie-cooked chicken and hand-carved meats.
